David is the Chief Investment Officer of the Temporis Group, responsible for the overall direction, performance and risk management of both Investment Management and principal investments.
Before co-founding Temporis Capital, David spent eight years in the financial markets, as a risk manager, product structurer and portfolio manager. David worked at investment banks and a hedge fund, focused on asset backed securities and credit instruments.
David has a BSc (First Class) in Chemistry from University College Cork and a PhD in Physical Chemistry from Cambridge University.
Ali is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-CIO for Temporis Capital. Prior to Temporis, Ali was the Founder, CEO and CIO of East Lodge Capital (“ELC”), where he chaired the firm’s Investment Committee and was a member of the firm’s Management and Risk Management Committees.
Prior to ELC, Ali established the global Asset-Backed Securities business at CQS. Preceding this, Ali was an Executive Director at Rabobank where he co-founded a third-party Structured Investment Vehicle called Tango, which he built to be a $10 billion fund. Ali began his career at Abbey National in 1993 where he ran the global mortgages group, a $15 billion business.
Ali holds a BSc (Hons) 1st Class in Business and Management Studies from the University of Bradford.
Andrés is responsible for raising capital and managing relationships with external investors. Prior to co-founding Temporis, Andres had a 16-year career at leading investment banks, specialising in the structuring and sales of credit derivatives. Andres holds a BA in Economics and an MA in International Economics & Finance from Brandeis University.

Helme is responsible for all new investment products for Temporis Capital while focusing on expanding Temporis’ distribution efforts internationally.
Before joining Temporis, Helme was CEO of Tellworth Investments, a UK specialist boutique managing alternatives and long-only equity. Prior to this, Helme worked at JO Hambro, BNY Mellon Investment Management and Blackrock, distributing products into the UK and Europe.
Helme has a BEng in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Bristol and an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Marie is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the businesses of Temporis Group and works with the senior management team supporting the strategy of the Group.
Prior to joining Temporis, Marie was a Managing Director in the London office of Duff and Phelps (now Kroll) where she led the tax and outsourcing practice focusing on UK asset management businesses. Marie began her career at Ernst & Young.
Marie is an ICAEW Chartered Accountant and has a Bachelor of Commerce in Accountancy and a Bachelor of Laws from Otago University, NZ.
Mary is responsible for the management of the legal function and corporate governance of the businesses of the Temporis Group and provides expert and strategic legal advice to the Group.
Prior to joining Temporis, Mary spent almost 8 years at Terra Firma Capital Partners in London where she was legal counsel and company secretary. Mary has over 20 years of experience as a corporate lawyer, and is qualified to practice in England & Wales and New York. She is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales, having qualified in corporate tax at Deloitte.
Ed is responsible for the finance function of the Temporis Group, its investment funds, and investee companies. Ed rejoined Temporis in 2025, having previously spent over a decade with the firm as Group Finance Director, where he played a key role in building the finance and operational infrastructure supporting its renewable energy, clean technology and property platforms.
With over 20 years’ experience in financial leadership roles, Ed has held senior positions in investment management, infrastructure, and FinTech businesses, including at Greyhound Capital and Quinbrook Infrastructure Partners.
Ed is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and holds a BEng in Civil Engineering from the University of Liverpool and an MSc in Urban Renewal from Liverpool John Moores University.
